State Farm® Insurance Agent Clay Combs

"I have had insurance for over 40 years of my life and trying to work with Clay Combs office has been a nightmare. I recently added my granddaughter to my insurance and my premium went from 188 to 546. When I saw the bill I called inquiring about the 300 difference. Kaitlyn has the worst customer service skills for a insurance agent/receptionist (if that is her title) She is confrontational, rude and times when I call and ask to speak to Clay, first he was out all week and also the next week. Well the next week he called me and I missed the call when I returned the call Kaitlyn stated he was on the other line. I called back a few days later , he is out until the 30th . Long story short all I wanted was a breakdown of the premium per vehicle. I stated how much Clay had quoted and even forwarded the email he sent me the day of the transaction because she stated she couldn't get to it. All I wanted was a breakdown of the premium. Finally I asked Kaitlyn was I asking too much and she stated no. Next I asked if they were trying to get me to get another agent and it was silent for a minute and I hung up and found me another agent. I have nevered been treated so disrespected in all of my 67 years by someone who has my business!!!! BEWARE !!! All of this happened over a 2 weeks period and I still hasn't spoken with Clay."
